Reporting a vacancy we got wrong

This is the message we most want to receive. Send the department, the post, and a link to the official notice. Wrong dates and missing vacancies get fixed the same day.

Alerts not arriving

Tell us your phone model, your Android version, and the filters you have set. Check first that notifications are enabled for Sarkari Sevak in your phone's Android settings, and that battery saver is not restricting the app in the background, which is the usual cause on Xiaomi, Realme, Oppo and Vivo devices.

Account questions

Signing in, changing your email, or deleting your account. Deletion has its own page with the steps on it: delete your account and data.

Same address. Put what it is about in the subject line.

What we cannot help with

We are not a recruiter and we have no connection to any government department or recruitment body. We cannot check your application status, change your exam centre, correct your admit card, or influence a selection. Those go to the recruitment board that issued the notice, through the official portal linked in the app.
